Counselling Terms and Policies
Please note the following terms and conditions:
Payment : Full payment of the consultation fee is required within 48 hours of booking.
Booking Confirmation: Once you have selected your desired consultation date and made payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Rescheduling/Cancellation：24 hours or more before the appointment: Please notify us via WhatsApp at +65 9347 3319 or email us：contact@innerhealing-therapy.com
Less than 24 hours before the appointment：We cannot accommodate cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Payments for such bookings are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals：If you are more than 20 minutes late, this will be considered a no-show and the session fee is non-refundable.
Package Course Validity: Package courses must be used within 6 months of the first consultation.
